Within 15 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, in its original carton or packaging. Goods must be unopened to receive a refund. We do not accept any returned items that are opened or used. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Shipping charges will be your responsibility.

To return an item, you must first contact us , indicating the reason for your return along with your order number and date of purchase. Send package only after acknowledgement from EmmaEggs.com to expedite your return.

Wrap the package securely and send it to the address below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS/FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment (a traceable shipping method to insure your package does not get lost).

Refunds
Our fulfillment center will credit the original purchaser's credit card depending on the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise. If you have any questions, problems, or suggestions please contact us and we will respond promptly.

Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items.
